What a let down!

No defeats in 10 has quickly changed to no wins in 4 and with Hull City next up who will be treating this as their must win game of the season, all of a sudden we are looking at fighting to stay top of the also rans in third place rather than challenging for automatic promotion.
We can still catch the blunts but with a 6 point gap and just 6 games to go we absolutely have to do better than them next weekend.

This game really was another one to forget as far as The Whites are concerned, I don't remember us having a shot on target in the first 45 minutes and it wasn't much better in the second.

We have not scored a goal from open play now since the 20th minute of the Norwich game, that’s nearly 6 hours of football!

I wouldn't normally knock Ken Bates but we haven't won a game since he gave Kev a new 3 year contract. Kev is now in the comfort zone and this is filtering through to the players, they are not the same team that beat Palace at theirs just over 3 weeks ago. Ken made a big mistake not holding off with the contract until the end of the season.

I have not mentioned the second 45 yet, that is because as far as I am concerned it never happened, the players didn't turn up.

FT 0-0

We can forget the playoffs if we don't improve soon and as far as I can see, and I have always maintained KB is not a good tactician, there is no plan B and plan A only came about by accident.

One bright spot is the inconsistent form of our potential play off rivals so it could be that the team that regroups quickest and gets another good run going will be favourites to get to The Premiership.
